Choose From Four Concentrations

Students may pursue a concentration in one of the following areas.

Counseling-Related Services

The Counseling-Related Services concentration in the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program prepares graduates with knowledge of mental health and related issues in order to increase their effectiveness as leaders and change agents in organizations that serve individuals with mental health or wellness needs. Coursework studies include focuses on foundations of counseling, legal and ethical issues of concern to those in the counseling arena, and psychopathology. Students also learn from among courses in vocational and career development, multicultural counseling, or substance abuse counseling. 

Whether administrators in community agencies, or interacting with populations in an advising or support role, students in this concentration learn a counseling perspective.

Our 30-credit program can be earned in two years of study. Students enjoy our flexible scheduling options and the ability to choose from face-to-face, hybrid and online courses.
