Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Mentoring
Peer-to-Peer mentoring is an opportunity for first-year students of color, or those who may identify as underrepresented, marginalized, and/or underresourced, to connect with a community of peers.
PRIDE Mentoring
The PRIDE Mentoring program is an opportunity for first-year and transfer LGBTQ+ students to be plugged into a community that affirms and supports their identity development and ensures that they are aware of resources on campus.
Multicultural Student Leadership Institute (MSLI)
The Multicultural Student Leadership Institute (MSLI) program seeks to support and nurture first-year students and transfer students from diverse backgrounds in transitioning into college.
General Liberal Arts and Sciences Studies (GLASS) Program
Rider’s GLASS program supports first-year students to select their major and create a personalized educational experience through academic advising, peer-to-peer mentoring and experiential learning opportunities tailored to their interests and goals.
Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)
Male Leadership Academy and Women in Action
Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) is a state-sponsored program that helps low-income New Jersey residents attend college. The program also offers counseling, tutoring and leadership activities, including the Men in Action and Women’s Leadership Academy, throughout the year to support and empower students.
Gail Bierenbaum Women’s Leadership Council
The Gail Bierenbaum Women’s Leadership Council (GBWLC) at Rider champions advancing women’s leadership, mentoring and philanthropy through mentoring, professional workshops and social events and scholarship opportunities.
Rider Bonner Community Scholars
Through a wide range of service projects, Rider Bonner Community Scholars work to address hunger, homelessness, adult literacy and the mentoring and tutoring needs of at-risk youth in the surrounding community.
