    • By default, your Rider Zoom account will automatically set a passcode for each meeting that is scheduled.
      • To ensure this setting is enabled, navigate to and view your upcoming meetings.  Any meetings that do not have a passcode or waiting room enabled will appear with a red exclamation point in the Title.  Beginning in September, Zoom will require that all meetings across the platform have a passcode or waiting room enabled.
    • The Waiting Room feature allows the host to control when a participant joins the meeting. As the meeting host, you can admit attendees one by one, or hold all attendees in the Waiting Room and admit them all at once.
