Westminster Choir College Choral Invitational

Buses should drop off and pick up students in the Fine Arts Building Parking Lot which is located behind the Fine Arts Building.

Direct access to the entrance of Gill Chapel is available through that parking lot.

There will be signage to follow in order to locate this lot.

Buses can then park in the O Lot for the duration of the program. You can locate that lot on the map of campus and there will be staff to guide the driver that day.

• Approximately 20 minutes for performance and feedback from the clinician.   
• Approximately 8-12 minutes to sing
• 10-12 minutes for your clinic
• Your clinic time will vary depending on the length of the repertoire

Please prepare your students to perform this piece with the Rider community who will be in attendance at the end of your day.

Please bring at least 3 sets of the original copies of your repertoire with you. These are for the judges and will be returned to you at the end of the session.

While it isn’t necessary to come in formal performance attire, most ensembles choose to wear their formal attire for the invitational. Most schools, depending on their distance from the event, arrive at the invitational in their performance attire. Some will change upon arrival or change before they return to campus. Please let us know if you would like to change before you officially arrive and we can direct you to the best bathrooms and changing areas.
