This personalized hub that allows Rider students quick access to available campus web services and resources. In order to claim your RIDER KEY and access your account, you will need to enter your Bronc ID, last name, and date of birth. You will then be prompted to set up your password and security questions. (Claiming your RIDER KEY can take 24 hours.
To access your account, go to the Gmail login page. Your email username is your full Rider email account name from step 5 above followed by @rider.edu ([email protected]). Your initial password is your 9-digit Bronc ID followed by the MMDD of your birthday. For example, if your Bronc ID is 999999999 and your birthday is March 10, your default password would be 9999999990310.
If you will be visiting campus and taking classes in-person, you must complete the student vaccination requirements. Students in fully online programs are exempt. Students should submit proof of vaccination via the Healthy Broncs portal. Please review the pre-entrance health requirements for incoming students for more information.

If you have already applied for financial aid, please accept your financial aid package prior to registering for classes. This can be found in the “student finances” section on the “student” tab in your myRider portal. You must also set up your iPay account.
Please be aware that your financial aid will be reevaluated if you withdraw or drop a course. For more information, visit the Refund Policy for Drops and Withdrawals webpage
