RIDER KEY allows students to access technology services available to the Rider community. To claim your RIDER KEY account go to myrider.rider.edu and follow the steps below:

To make your non-refundable deposits online, you’ll need to access your myRider student portal. Enter your domain username (username@rider.edu) and RIDER KEY password and follow the steps below:
If you submit a housing deposit, you will receive an email from the Office of Residence Life with more information about accessing the housing portal and submitting a housing application.

Once your I20 has been issued, you may apply for your F-1 visa. Visit rider.edu/visa for more information.
To access your Rider email, visit the Gmail login page. Your email username is the same as your RIDER KEY and should be entered as your full Rider email account name (e.g., student@rider.edu). Your initial password is your 9-digit Bronc ID followed by the MMDD of your birthday. For example, if your Bronc ID is 001234567 and your birthdate is March 15, your default password is 0012345670315.

Submit the required forms to the Student Health Center using the Healthy Broncs Portal.
For questions related to vaccination and immunization requirements, please contact the Student Health Center. Students may be considered for medical or religious-based exemptions provided they submit their requests by the published deadline.

If you were admitted conditionally based on unofficial documents, you most provide official documents prior to the start of the semester in order to begin classes. Conditions are outlined in your admission letter and may include conditions such as:
If you are living on campus, you must complete this document at least one day prior to your arrival. If you will be residing off campus, you must complete this document prior to the first day of classes.
Every student will have a hold on their student account that will only be removed once this agreement is signed. Students who do not agree to the financial agreement are unable to be registered for courses.
As a Miles Talent Hub student, you will be automatically registered for classes. Your course schedule will be ready to review prior to the start of the semester.

For a nominal fee, Rider University offers airport pick-up from Newark International Airport (EWR) during specific days for all international students who will be living on campus. If you would like to schedule your pick-up, fill out the Airport Pick-Up Request Form. You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your request. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, please contact us at oie@rider.edu. We can only guarantee your airport pick up if you submit the Airport Pick-Up form.
