The Division of Facilities & University Operations enjoys state of the art printing and mail services to in our partnership with Ricoh USA. The services include the Print Center for all quality print needs, the Mail Center for student and campus mail, package pick-ups and smart lockers, and Print Devices, or Multi-Functional Devices (MFDs) with print/copy/scan capabilities.

FAQs
How do I get my mail?
- When the Mail Center receives mail for you (USPS, Interoffice) it will be sorted as departmental mail and you will be notified via email to pick up your mail.
How do I get my packages?
- When the Mail Center receives a package for you, it will be checked into the new TRAC software and you will receive an email notification.
- Packages can be picked up at the mailroom during normal business hours.
- Recipients will be required to sign for the mail upon delivery.
Who is allowed to pick up department mail and packages?
- Each department should designate one or more representatives. These individuals should bring a photo ID. Student workers and shared office coordinators are acceptable.
What if our department doesn't have staff available to pick up the mail?
- We suggest coordinating with nearby departments to share pickup duties or adjusting to a weekly pickup model. If this remains an issue, reach out to ricohmail@rider.edu to discuss solutions.
Will the mailroom help transport large or heavy deliveries?
- The mailroom has a dolly to lend out for oversized or heavy deliveries. Please contact ricohmail@rider.edu or call x5477 in advance to coordinate.
Will I be able to send mail and ship packages from the Mail Center?
- Yes, the Mail Center offers shipping services via UPS or USPS services.
Can I pick up personal mail or packages at the campus mailroom?
- No. The mailroom only handles university business mail. Personal mail should be directed to your home.
How do I pay to send out mail or packages?
- For personal mail and packages, the Mail Center is able to accept credit cards/debit cards, cash, Google Pay and Apple Pay
- For department mail and packages, you will need to provide the proper INDEX code so your mail can be charged to your department.
How can I order a print job?
- You will be able to place print requests through a user friendly, online job submission tool called PrintNet.
- In addition, you will be able to contact print services directly to review any special instructions or print requirements.
