The chart below provides a quick reference for students regarding which of the following Rider individuals/offices are confidential resources, which can provide information or where students can make or file a report.

Students may also refer to the University's Anti-Harassment and Non-Discrimination Policy for more information. A report may be made at any time (including during non-business hours) by submitting a report via the Incident Report forms or emailing titleix@rider.edu.

Please note the following:

  • Confidential resources will maintain confidentiality (are not required to report actual or suspected incidents or policy violations in a way that identifies the parties) when acting under the scope of their licensure, professional ethics or credentials, or official designation except in extreme cases of an immediate threat or danger. They may offer options and resources without any obligation to inform an outside agency or campus official unless a student has requested that the information be shared.
  • Those resources listed below that are not indicated as confidential must promptly share with the Title IX Coordinator all known details of a report made to them in the course of their employment.
  • Students can also consider making an online report using the Incident Reporting Forms.
  • You are encouraged reach out to any of the resources below for further information.
