Members of this committee will take an active role in the programs/events associated with alumni and students In addition, members will serve as ambassadors for the Alumni Office and will specifically assist the Office of Alumni Relations with on and off campus engagement events throughout the year, will meet and greet alumni and students at various events and will recruit volunteers for events.

Members of this committee will take an active role in promoting & supporting fundraising initiatives for the Alumni Board & the University. This would include exploring and developing programs and fundraisers that will raise discretionary money for the Alumni Board. This could also include attending fundraising events, participating in Phonathon calling nights, promoting giving through social media, offering to be signatories on development communications and encouraging Board members to reach 100% participation, annually.

This committee will oversee the membership process for current and new members of the Board. Members will recruit and interview alumni to serve on the Board as well as committees.

The mission of the BOLD Alumni Program is to be a liaison for recent alumni to the University and the greater Rider alumni community. We connect alumni within their first ten years of graduation to one another and current students to strengthen the Engaged Learning Program and the alumni network.
Our networking events, volunteer opportunities and workshops are developed, planned and executed by the BOLD Council.
