Becoming a Leader
Jordan realized at Rider the career he wanted to pursue: making an impact on people’s lives everyday.
Why Jordan chose Rider
Even before stepping onto Rider’s campus, Jordan knew that the Bronc Community was the environment he was looking for and provided him with a place for his educational journey to thrive. In addition to offering a close-knit community that encourages and nurtures building a professional network, Jordan decided that Rider would allow him to get the most out of his college experience.
One of the most valuable things studying at Rider taught me was to take advantage of getting real-life experience while studying. This allows students to be much more informed in their career as well as add depth to lectures/discussions during class.”

Rider’s impact on Jordan’s career
Like many fellow Broncs, Jordan began his undergraduate journey at Rider unsure of where he wanted to take his career path. Initially beginning as an English major, Jordan began to develop an interest within the psychology and sociology fields after taking an introduction to behavior analysis course. After learning about the accelerated degree option for an M.A. in Applied Psychology, Jordan chose to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology preparing for his focus in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Since obtaining both his Bachelors and Masters degrees from Rider, Jordan has become a vital program coordinator for Potential Inc. and the Springtime School. He continues working with individuals on the spectrum and guiding them and their families on the road towards positive behaviors. Rider helped Jordan reach the goal of finding what his professional passion was and along the way truly making an impact everyday on people’s lives.
