When Marissa transferred to Rider University, she was able to build confidence both in and out of the classroom. By engaging in technical projects and experiential learning, she gained a clearer understanding of the impact she could make in the real world. Now, she’s beginning her career at Lockheed Martin, a global leader in aerospace, defense and security.
Rider gave me hands-on experience in the classroom working with peers, which directly translated into the communication and teamwork skills I brought to my career.
