New Students
All new undergraduate students are required to provide a tuition deposit of $200. In addition, new resident students are required to provide a $200 housing deposit.

Continuing Students
Continuing resident students who wish to reserve housing for the next academic year are required to provide a $200 non-refundable housing deposit. The deposit is due March 1.

Deposit Deferral and Refunds
Students whose total financial aid covers direct expenses may be eligible for partial deferral of deposit(s) by applying to the Office of Financial Aid. Housing and tuition deposits for new students are not refundable.

Housing deposits for continuing students are refundable if:

  • Students provide written notice to the Dean of Student Office by July 1 for the Fall semester or January 20 for the Spring semester. Notice must be received by those dates for a refund to be granted

  • The student is dismissed by action of the Committee on Academic Standing or the Judicial Board
