How Margherita Pizzi found her #HomeAtRider:
“As an international student from Italy, my journey has been anything but traditional. I came to the U.S. six years ago to dance in a professional ballet company, but ended up finding a second passion in movement and rehabilitation.
After completing two years of community college in just one, I transferred to Rider to finish my degree in exercise science.
Yesterday, the Rider community came together to celebrate Greg and Polly Dell’Omo for their years of dedicated leadership and service to the University.
The event featured heartfelt remarks from students and staff, plenty of refreshments and one unforgettable surprise — a Moore Library-inspired cake designed by none other than the Cake Boss himself!
Happy retirement! And remember, once a Bronc, always a Bronc! 🐴

“I chose Rider University because of the incredible opportunity to attend with a full-tuition scholarship after winning the Norm Brodsky Business Concept Competition.
Rider offers excellent networking opportunities and a supportive community, both of which have significantly enhanced my academic and professional growth.
