Rider's Campus Connection Grant for first-year and transfer applicants offers added financial support for campus housing to help you engage fully in Rider’s social and academic opportunities. Available to students admitted for spring 2026 and fall 2026.

First-year applicants
Must attend a high school in the following counties or states:
- NJ Counties - Atlantic, Bergen, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Essex, Gloucester, Hunterdon, Mercer, Middlesex, Monmouth, Morris, Ocean, Salem, Somerset, Sussex, Warren, Union
- PA Counties - Bucks, Chester, Delaware
- NY Counties - Nassau, Suffolk, Richmond (Staten Island)
- States - California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, U.S. Virgin Islands
Award Information
- $3,000 per year towards housing ($1,500 per fall and spring semester)
- Renewable for four consecutive years of undergraduate study — for a combined value of $12,000!
- The award is in addition to any Rider scholarships for which you qualify. (Does not apply to the full-tuition athletic scholarship, tuition exchange, tuition remission, Voice Competition full-tuition scholarship, Organ Competition full-tuition scholarship and Capital Health Scholarship)

Transfer Applicants
The Campus Connection Grant applies to all Community College students in NJ, PA, DE, MD, DC and FL.
Award Information
- $3,000 per year towards housing ($1,500 per fall and spring semester)
Renewable for three consecutive years of undergraduate study — for a total value of $9,000! - Award is in addition to any Rider scholarships for which you qualify. (Does not apply to the full-tuition Transfer Trustee Scholarship, full-tuition athletic scholarship, tuition exchange, tuition remission, Voice Competition full-tuition scholarship, Organ Competition full-tuition scholarship and Capital Health Scholarship).
