Dr. Kildea teaches courses primarily in studio and field production. He founded R.U.N., the Rider University Network that produces campus programming. Kildea's research interests include digitization of news. His doctoral thesis, A Comparative Analysis of the Student Use of the New York Times Print and Digital Formats, was successfully defended in 2009.
Miriam Mills holds a Master of Fine Arts in Directing from the Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University. Ms. Mills teaches acting, directing, acting for the camera and advanced performance classes in auditioning. She has directed more than 100 shows nationally, including productions of Extremities, The Pillowman, Rent and Sweet Charity. Ms. Mills has also taught at Mason Gross, The College of New Jersey and Mercer County Community College.
Dr. Poteau-Tralie, Professor of French, teaches French language, literature, film, business and culture. She has also taught in the Baccalaureate Honors Program and serves on the Steering Committee of the Film and Media Studies Program. She is currently serving as a Delegate of the Mid-Atlantic Region for the Modern Language Association.
