Graduating theatre majors who have made outstanding contributions to the Theatre and Dance Department.
This scholarship shall be used in support of ONE student per academic year. The student who receives this scholarship must be enrolled in the Music Theater program and have a minimum of 2.8 grade point average. Student must have financial need.
Given to a student who demonstrates exemplary devotion to the work of the theatre.
The scholarship will be awarded to one or two students majoring in dance, music and theater. Merit based and for one year. Students must be full-time and in good academic standing. The faculty of each area will choose the recipients.
(Westminster Choir College) Award given to an undergraduate music major at the end of their junior academic year. It is designed to encourage and support in a special way the education of a music student who exemplifies high academic and musical accomplishment, leadership, and citizenship.
Three-year renewable scholarship (to be awarded beginning sophomore year). Theater or musical theater major. Demonstrated financial need. Minimum GPA 2.5. Amendment: Recipients of the scholarship will be selected by a committee comprised of Rider University's Director of Financial Aid or his/her representative and Miriam Mills.
