Susan Packard is a co-founder and former Chief Operating Officer of HGTV. She helped to build powerful media brands like HBO, CNBC, and HGTV. She has published several books, including New Rules of The Game: 10 Strategies for Women in the Workplace as well as Fully Human: Three Steps to Grow Your Emotional Fitness in Work, Leadership and Life. She is a frequent speaker, gave a TEDx talk about emotional fitness at UCLA and was named one of top 40 speakers by RealLeaders.
