Dr. Morteza Mashayekhi is an Associate Professor of Business Analytics in the Norm Brodsky College of Business at Rider University. His research and teaching focus on artificial intelligence, business analytics, social media analytics, technology adoption, and the application of Generative AI in professional domains such as education, legal services, and healthcare. Dr. Mashayekhi’s work has been published in a range of peer-reviewed journals, including Information & Management, Communications of the Association for Information Systems, and the Canadian Journal of Diabetes, among others. He has extensive experience teaching graduate and undergraduate courses in analytics, artificial intelligence, project management, and information systems, and he actively contributes to curriculum development, program leadership, and student mentoring.
