Through a mix of career workshops, networking opportunities and one-on-one coaching, you’ll receive individualized support designed to help you succeed.

- No cost to participate: Free and open to all Rider seniors and recent alumni.
- Personalized action plan: Build a tailored career plan with clear steps and achievable goals.
- Targeted workshops: Strengthen your resume, job search strategy and networking skills.
- Guided peer-to-peer conversations: Learn and grow alongside fellow Broncs. Share challenges, celebrate wins, exchange strategies and build a supportive network.
- Alumni and professional connections: Gain insight and advice from industry professionals, recruiters and Rider alumni through educational sessions and discussions.
- Ongoing 1:1 coaching: Continue working directly with Career Development and Success staff for personalized guidance and support.
