Perfect your piano technique, knowledge and artistry, and develop the skills needed to perform on a higher level as a soloist, artist-teacher or collaborator with fellow performing artists.

Program Highlights

  • Private music lessons - All piano accompanying and coaching students receive private lessons and play in weekly studio and performance classes
  • Practical application - Apply your learned knowledge and techniques in a required two-semester teaching internship
  • Performance opportunities - Participate in solo or collaborative performances, in recitals, or through work with Westminster’s renowned orchestras and choirs.

Program Requirements

Our 34-credit curriculum features study in chamber music or accompanying class, piano literature electives, musicology, Symphonic Choir and electives.
