What is TracCloud?
TracCloud is a web application that provides a convenient way for students to schedule appointments online, 24/7, even when our office is closed. TracCloud will automatically send email confirmations and reminders of the date and time of appointments.
How to Schedule an Appointment Using TracCloud
To view available time slots and book an appointment, please see the instructions below. Students can sign into TracCloud by clicking the above link and using their Rider Key.
*Appointments can be scheduled up to 2 weeks in advance and must be scheduled 48 hours in advance. TracCloud will not display appointment times sooner than 48 hours and beyond 2 weeks in advance. If you are scheduling within 48 hours of the desired appointment time, please contact the Academic Success Center at 609-896-5008 or academicsuccesscenter@rider.edu.
NOTE: If you are unable to find an appointment, please stop by the Academic Success Center office, BLC 237, call 609-896-5008, or email academicsuccesscenter@rider.edu. You may also complete a tutor request form and a staff member will get back to you during our administrative hours, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday.
Scheduling Policies
Please do not contact a tutor directly. Tutors are not allowed to hold appointments that are not approved and scheduled by the ASC. Appointments are set up in TracCloud by the ASC administrative staff, and students will receive an email confirming the date and time of their appointments.
Please allow at least 24 hours for the ASC staff to arrange tutoring or other academic support. Appointments scheduled by students using TracCloud must be scheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
Check your Rider email for reminders of the date, time, and location of your scheduled appointment. Please let us know if you cannot attend your appointment. Students who miss 3 appointments will be blocked from scheduling subsequent appointments on their own. If this situation occurs, please contact our office.

Instructions
- Find "Schedule an Appointment" on the main page
- Select “find first available immediately” to display all available appointments for your subject and reason selection.
- Select a "subject"
- Select your "reason" for visiting
- Click "Search"
- Select your desired appointment time and click “confirm”
*If you are unable to find an appointment using the appropriate selections listed below, please contact our office. Incorrect selections may result in an appointment being scheduled with a tutor who does not specialize in the subject area for which you are seeking support.
