Kyle was already a Rider undergraduate student when he took advantage of the university's 4+1 Master of Arts in Business Communication (MABC) program. This program allowed him to earn his Master's degree with only one additional year of study. Kyle found the transition from an undergraduate to graduate student smooth and easy in the program. With a graduate assistant position in the MABC program, Kyle obtained work experience while completing his studies.
