Two undergraduate students recently captured half of the awards in the 2008 N.J. Student Entrepreneur of the Year competition, continuing a growing tradition of excellence in the Center for Entrepreneurial Studies.

Small Business Institute at Rider Takes Three Awards from National Conference

Teaching entrepreneurial practices is their business, and business is good – the best, in fact. The “business,” in this case, is the Student Venture Experience (ENT 420), an elective course in Rider’s Entrepreneurial Studies program that won a Best Practice Award at the Small Business Institute National Conference in San Diego from February 14 to 16.

A Rider University Small Business Institute (SBI) team has again placed in the top 10 in the National Business Institute student consulting case-of-the-year competition, this year in the graduate division.
