At Rider, dozens of recent graduates are explaining exactly how they benefited from their education at the University through a new microsite, Outcomes of a Rider Education.

The University lent a helping hand to military veterans when it hosted Hiring Our Heroes: A Veteran Career Fair and Military Expo on March 21 in the Student Recreation Center.

Three Rider graduates now working in various fields of technology joined forces to train Henry Rodriguez ’13 for a berth in the March 23 finals of the cybersecurity competition.

Rider’s project will create an innovative teacher preparation program that immerses candidates in an urban-rim elementary classroom for a full year, where they learn directly from children, classroom teachers, and Rider professors.

Close to 100 companies from an array of fields will be on hand to meet Rider students and alumni at the Spring Career Fair on March 28. Participating employers have opportunities for all majors.
