The Rider community celebrated the fifth anniversary of the Lawrenceville campus Student Recreation Center on Thursday, October 14.

Performing opera arias and music theater hits plus jazz and American standards

Active Adults, which can be heard on 1077 TheBronc, will bring listeners information from leading physicians, nurses, researchers and elected officials from New Jersey and beyond. While 107.7 The Bronc is a college radio station, general manager John Mozes says that Active Adults is an extension of his staff’s commitment to serving everyone within their range.

Rider University will host the fourth annual Marvin W. Goldstein Lecture on Prejudice Reduction on Wednesday, October 20, at 7 p.m. in the Yvonne Theater of the Fine Arts Center on the Lawrenceville campus. The event is free and open to the public.

“Ladies of Spain, we adore you.” Even without the accordion music that usually accompanies those lyrics (or something very close to them), the words still describe the feelings of the Rider community toward field hockey standouts, junior Virginia Egusquiza and freshman Sandra Penas.

Anthony Campbell, associate vice president for Student Affairs and dean of students, was recently honored for his work with the Bonner Leaders Program.
