Meghan Wischusen, who spent the past two years living and teaching in Nicaragua as a Peace Corps volunteer, will discuss her unique educational experiences in the Central American nation on April 9.

Rider’s School of Education continues its 100th anniversary celebration with a presentation entitled Teaching and Living in Nicaragua, on Tuesday, April 9, from 5 to 6:15 p.m. in the North Hall Board Room.
Meghan Wischusen, a recent graduate of the teacher preparation program at Providence College who spent the past two years living and teaching in Nicaragua as a Peace Corps volunteer, will discuss her unique educational experiences in the Central American nation.
Food and raffle prizes will also be available to students in attendance, but a ticket to the event is required. Tickets are free, but must be obtained through the Department of Teacher Education, and because of space restrictions, there is a limit of 100.
