The Kevin Baggett Rider Basketball Coaches Show airs on 107.7 The Bronc from Killarney’s Publick House

The Rider Basketball Coaches Show featuring men’s head coach Kevin Baggett returns for another season, broadcast live every other Tuesday from Killarney’s Publick House in Hamilton.
Throughout the season, a new show will air every other Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. on 107.7 FM The Bronc and online at www.1077TheBronc.com. The next show will air Tuesday, Nov. 19. Future shows will air Dec. 3 and 17; Jan. 7 and 21; Feb. 4 and 18; and March 4. Fans may call 877-900-1077 to ask questions live on the air.
Fans are also invited to attend the broadcast in-person at Killarney’s Publick House, 1644 Whitehorse-Mercer Road. Rider students and staff can download a coupon for a buy one, get one free appetizer.
Returning as this year’s hosts of the show will be Rider basketball’s radio announcers Steve Rudenstein and Kevin Bannon. The Rider Basketball Coaches Show features Baggett discussing a variety of topics, including the Rider offense, the Bronc defense, other conference news and game re-caps. Members of the team, other coaches and guests frequent the show throughout the season.
Baggett returns for his second season as the Rider University head basketball coach, though the 2013-14 season is the eighth for Baggett as a member of the Rider staff, serving two as an assistant coach and four as an associate head coach.
Baggett has coached on the Division I level for 17 years and has been on the Rider staff since the 2006-2007 season.
He guided the 2012-13 Broncs to a 19-win season, the most by a Rider rookie head coach since Bob Greenwood led Rider to a 20-win season in 1962-63. The only other Rider basketball coach to compile 19 wins in his rookie campaign was the legendary Clair Bee.
