Savoia BuntIn’s Bacon cheeseburger pie will be on the menu in February
The winning recipe of 107.7 The Bronc's Top Chef competition will be featured at PJ's Pancake House in Princeton and Princeton Junction from Feb. 1 to 29. Arts administration major Savoia BuntIn '16 won the competition with her bacon cheeseburger pie. PJ's will sell it for $10. "PJ's is excited and pleased to host the 5th annual Rider Student Top Chef,” says John Procaccini '97, Co-owner of Gretalia Hospitality Group (PJ's Pancake House, Osteria Proaccini, North End Bistro, Porta Via and Dolceria. “I’m confident this year's winning recipe may take the cake as our most popular Rider dish yet!" John Mozes, general manager of 107.7 The Bronc, adds, "Gretalia Hospitality Group has been a terrific partner of Rider Student Top Chef. There willingness to feature our students recipes at their many restaurant locations has provided us with an excellent opportunity to showcase our students many talents and demonstrate the diversity of the University." PJ’s is located at 154 Nassau St., Princeton, and 64 Princeton-Hightstown Road, Princeton Junction.
