The game will pit Rider’s offense against Fairfield’s defense.

Fairfield is second in the MAAC in least goals allowed with 11. The Stags went undefeated (4-0-4) in eight straight games before losing 2-0 to Quinnipiac Wednesday night in the regular season finale.
The winner of Saturday night’s game will compete in the semifinals of the Championship Tournament on Friday, Nov. 14, at Quinnipiac University.
The official parings of the MAAC Championship Tournament will be announced by the conference Thursday morning.
Rider enters the tournament having won five of its final six regular season games. The nine wins is the most for Rider since the 2000 season when the Broncs were 10-10.
