Celebrate the holidays with music from Westminster.

The Christmas at Westminster festival of holiday music begins Saturday, December 4.
The Westminster Concert Bell Choir will present a concert entitled Christmas for the Young at Heart on Saturday, December 4 at 8 p.m. in Bristol Chapel on the Westminster campus in Princeton. The program will feature arrangements of holiday favorites for children of all ages performed on the world’s largest range of handbells. Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for students and seniors.
Five of Westminster’s choirs, organist Ken Cowan and Solid Brass, the renowned brass ensemble, will once again present An Evening of Readings and Carols in the grandeur of the Princeton University Chapel. This spectacular evening will include seasonal readings and the opportunity for the audience to join the artists in singing Christmas carols. Tickets are still available for the performance on Friday, December 10 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $60, $45 and $30.
Also on December 11 at 7 p.m. the Princeton Brass Band, Rider University’s ensemble-in-residence conducted by Stephen Arthur Allen, will perform traditional British and American holiday favorites in the Yvonne Theater on Rider University’s campus in Lawrenceville. Admission is free.
Guitarist Mark Johnstone will perform holiday music for guitar on Friday, December 17 at 7:30 p.m. in Williamson Hall on the Westminster campus in Princeton. His program will include A Christmas Sonata, Three Moons for Cello and Guitar and Theme and Variations on We Wish You a Merry Christmas. Admission is free.
The Westminster Community Chorus and Chamber Choir, conducted by Devin Mariman, will present a concert entitled The Christmas Spirit on Saturday, December 18 at 8 p.m. The program will feature woks from the Russian Orthodox tradition, African-American spirituals and contemporary works. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for students and seniors.
