Phi Beta Lambda – Future Business Leaders of America competed in the NJ State Leadership Conference

On April 2, Rider’s chapter of Phi Beta Lambda – Future Business Leaders of America participated in a series of competitive events at the New Jersey State Leadership conference. The organization participates regularly in these events, allowing students to develop their skills and increase their network. Students were tested on different domains, such as public speaking and financial concepts. Rider participants brought back 18 awards from an array of over 70 competitive events. Adriannah Beckham, president-elect, who will be heading the chapter next year, won several awards at the event. “The State Leadership Conference was a great experience for me personally since I had the ability to improve my speaking skills, which will be an essential tool for me as a leader," she says.
