Due to their complexity, it is important to understand the different types of eating disorders and their spectrum. Join Rider Clinical Mental Health Counseling student Kimberly Hoff who will present on issues such as the prevalence and types of disordered eating, warning signs and how to approach having a friend or family member struggling with these issues. She will be joined by Professor and Director of School Counseling and Coaching Programs, Dr. Juleen Buser. Having a better understanding of disordered eating behaviors and how an eating disorder can develop is crucial in early intervention and treatment.
