Barbra came to Rider University looking for authentic in-class experiences. She wanted to embark upon her graduate journey at a school that provided flexibility, support and hands-on educational experiences. As a school that not only checked off these boxes, but encouraged and valued adult learners, Rider was the perfect fit for Barbra. She graduated with distinction from Rider's master of business adminstration (MBA) program in 2018 and continued at Rider to earn a second master's degree in business communications in 2020.
No other university compared to the flexibility or the support Rider was willing to provide to a mature learner with a full time job, family and volunteer responsibilities.

Rider's impact on Barbra's career
Barbra's Rider education expanded her skillset and gave her the experience she needed to continue on towards the next step in her professional journey. Returning to college almost 25 years after earning her undergraduate degree was a multifaceted decision for Barbra. She wanted to refresh her business acumen, surround herself with professionals at different stages in their careers, and experience the student side of business once again. Rider allowed Barbra to do this and more, enhancing her knowledge and skills as she continues her professional career.

As managing director at iCapital Network, Barbra runs centralized services for her company and their hundreds of investment funds. Her career was well established before returning to school to get her master's degrees, so as she looks towards the rest of it, she hopes to enhance and expand it even more. With her Rider degree and professional success, Barbra is prepared for her future and all of the exciting opportunities and experiences it holds.
