The Rider University Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Honor Society induction ceremony was held on February 26.

The Rider University Circle of Omicron Delta Kappa (ODK) National Leadership Honor Society formally inducted 38 students and one alumnus during an induction ceremony, which was held on February 26 in the Bart Luedeke Center Theater.
“Today we honor new members of Omicron Delta Kappa. These people have shown exceptional leadership qualities and academic excellence at Rider University,” said Laura Seplaki, ODK adviser and director of the Leadership Development Program. “We thank all the parents, spouses, family and friends of the new inductees for sharing this memorable day with them.”
ODK is composed of junior and senior students who meet the leadership qualifications for membership and the GPA (3.25 or above) requirement, the society’s goals are to recognize the accomplishments of academically sound student leaders and enhance leadership skills and abilities. The honor society recognizes achievement in scholarship; athletics; campus/community service; social/religious activities, and campus government; journalism, speech and the mass media; and creative and performing arts.
