Lauren joined Rider after working as Career Counselor/Internship Coordinator at Fairleigh Dickinson University- College at Florham and interning in the Office of Career Services at The College of New Jersey. She is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a member of National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), National Academic Advising Association (NACADA), Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association (MACCA), Eastern Association of Colleges and Employers (EACE), New Jersey Career Center Consortium (NJC3), Psi Chi and Chi Sigma Iota, the national honor society in psychology and international honor society in counseling, respectively.
