Transforming Experience

We are striving to transform how students, the world and we ourselves think of Rider—as an enlightened, empowering and truly vibrant living and learning environment—it is a path, not merely an end. Along the way, we must measure and share our progress. By using key performance indicators, we will know how far we’ve come and how far we have to go. By sharing milestones with our entire community—through data, updates, discussions and other communications—we can all take pride in our progress and the positive impact it will have on our students and the University.

Our Strategic Plan and Divisional Plans

Achieving visionary growth requires decisive action, as outlined in our strategic plan and the divisional plans that support it.

President Dell'Omo in Lynch Adler Hall
We want to transform lives, as well as the University itself, by creating a vibrant and engaged living and learning experience for our students. I want every Rider graduate to feel that their life is better because of the interactions and experiences they had here as a student.
