NEED A PHOTOGRAPHER?

If you are in need of a photographer, please fill out the photo request form below. A University photographer may be available to assist with various photography needs.

Please complete as much of this form as possible. Forms with more detailed information will be easier to assess and will allow our office to respond more promptly. 

Please note the following guidelines when submitting a photography request:

  • Requests should be submitted at a minimum of three weeks in advance of your shoot date.
  • All requests are subject to approval by the Office of University Marketing and Communications on the basis of alignment with the University's mission statement and goals outlined in the strategic plan.
  • All photographs supplied may be used for marketing, website and public relations purposes at the discretion of the Office of University Marketing and Communications.
  • If the photographer is not able to attend your event, a camera is available for check-out in the Office of University Marketing and Communications on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • After you submit your request, you will receive an automatic email from [email protected] confirming that we have received your request. Please note that completing this form does not guarantee the photographer can attend your event. 
  • You will receive a follow-up response from our office within seven business days if more details are needed. Please note that it will delay your request if more information is needed.  The more detailed the request form, the faster we can provide your images.
  • Once your request is approved and a photographer is assigned, you will receive information about the photographer’s availability. It is the responsibility of the requestor — NOT the photographer’s — to coordinate all logistical arrangements and availability of the individuals/group being photographed and the reserving/scheduling of locations.
  • A confirmation email must be sent to the photographer giving him or her all the logistical information for the photo shoot one week prior to the event.
  • Final Image(s) will be provided via email within 10 working days.

REQUESTOR CONTACT INFORMATION

Be as specific as you can about what you want the photographer to capture, including the number of people expected in group shots and the names of individuals you want to be photographed. For example, “We need photos of students interacting with employers at the annual Career Fair in the Student Recreation Center” or “We need our annual awards celebration in the Cavalla Room covered, specifically including shots of John Doe after he receives the Important Award of Distinction.”

Note: If date, time or location is not yet know, please let us know as soon as possible so that we don’t schedule other events during the time you need. Coverage of your event can’t be guaranteed until we receive this information. If there are any changes to your event info, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can ensure coverage.

For non-event requests only
(Group photos, campus shots, classroom photos, student/faculty photos, etc.)

For studio headshots/portraits only
Individual directory headshots are photographed in the Photography Studio in the Vona Annex - Room 1A on the Lawrenceville campus. Please check available time slots on the Google Calendar.
