What attracted you to Rider?
I was attracted to Rider because of its convenient location and strong sociology program.
What are your career aspirations?
I am not yet sure what I want to do with my life, but I am very passionate about social justice and can easily see myself going into nonprofit or public policy. I hope to especially help with the problems of mass incarceration and the way mental illness is treated in this country.
If given the chance to thank the donors who support the University, what would you say to them?
Donor support that gives me a scholarship to live on campus even though I'm a fairly nearby Mercer County resident. It really makes a difference to be able to live on campus. You get to be fully engaged in the unique college experience that is Rider University. I get to meet more people, go to more things and feel more at home on campus because it is actually my home!
