I am a behavior analyst and the coordinator for the Master’s in Applied Psychology (MAP), Applied Behavior Analyst Concentration program. I teach Introduction to Applied Behavior Analysis, Principles of Learning, and Observational Methods and Functional Assessment for the MAP program.

I earned a B.S. in psychology from Stockton College in NJ in 1993, a M.S.Ed. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Temple University in 2002, and a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Temple University in 2009. I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2002.

Prior to coming to Rider in 2012, I spent 15 years working at Bancroft’s Lindens program where I completed my supervised field placement and then moved into a behavior analyst role for 7 years before taking on the role of Clinical Director. I also taught on an adjunct basis at Rowan University.

My clinical and research interests include functional assessment methodology and treatment development for severe challenging behavior, staff training, and a number of translational research topics, including behavioral economics and preference assessments.
