Elizabeth Crockett

After attending La Salle College University, Elizabeth Crockett received her Associate of Arts degree from Bucks County Community College where she studied with Edward Ferdinand. She subsequently studied Piano Pedagogy at Westminster Choir College with Phyllis Lehrer, Ingrid Clarfield and Paul Sheftel.

Ms. Crockett has 25 years of teaching experience and has been on the music faculty of several private schools throughout Bucks County, PA. She is currently teaching at Bucks County Community College, where she has been on staff since 1992. Ms. Crockett is the Director of Music at Scottsville United Methodist Church, and she also maintains a private studio in Morrisville, PA.

As an artist, she has been guest soloist with the Youth Orchestra of Bucks County and has performed numerous times at BCCC. She has accompanied an Opera Master Class given by Metropolitan Opera singer Vernon Hartman and performed chamber music with BCCC faculty members. Ms. Crockett also performed for a Winterfest celebration that was televised on the local station.

Ms. Crockett is a member of the Music Teachers National Association and Piano Teachers Forum. She has taught at Westminster Conservatory since 2007.
