Curtain up on the Tony Award-winning best musical that captures the American spirit at its up-tempo best. Family, fame and fate are center stage in Will’s rise from obscurity to stardom. The rags-to-riches story of America’s beloved stage, screen and radio star bursts to life as a Ziegfeld Follies-style extravaganza.
Special Preview Performance Event
Will Rogers is known by many for saying, "I never met a man I didn’t like.” This revue contains snippets of his famous homespun style of wisdom and common sense, and tries to convey the personality of this quintessentially American figure. The show touches on issues that are just as current today as they were in Will Rogers’ era: the environment, politics, diversity and #MeToo. Join us for a panel discussion focusing on some of these topics immediately after the preview performance on Wednesday, May 1.
