Following completion of 30 credits and the Rider Intent to Enroll Form and while a student at Raritan Valley; students have the option to take a course at Rider that counts toward the Rider degree. The selected course allows the RVCC student to experience first-hand the academic environment at Rider. See Raritan Valley or Rider Transfer Representatives. Contact information listed below.

1 Select a course from the appropriate category of the General Education list.
2 Mathematics by official placement test. Students must complete math through MATH 152 Calculus II. Students who have completed 8 credits of math, at least through MATH 152 Calculus II, are not required to take a third or fourth course in math, but may substitute a science elective.
3 Students who pass the technological competency test (no credit) may take any General Education course.

Ʊ – Students have a number of options to satisfy this requirement; courses will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Raritan Valley students interested in the College of Continuing Studies (CCS) at Rider should contact that division directly.
∞ - If both Math-112 & Math-113 are taken at RVCC; both courses combined will count for a total of 4 credits and Rider MTH-105-Algebra & Trigonometry. This is also reflected on New Jersey Transfer.
