Grades 1 - 5
August 12 - 16

Does your child love to sing? Then Westminster’s Children’s Choir Camp is the place to be this summer! In this one-week camp, we’ll explore choral repertoire of the highest quality art and folk music from around the world. The children will learn healthy singing technique through age-appropriate music learning games and movement as part of an immersive choral experience. We’ll also focus on individual vocal development to help each young singer be the best singer they can be. Through the use of instruments, such as xylophones, metallophones, unpitched percussion and choir chimes, we’ll continue to explore the repertoire, learning how to create accompaniments to the songs we’re learning. On the final day, family and friends are invited to a performance to hear all that we’ve learned. Westminster Children’s Choir Camp is the perfect place to prepare for future choral study or to find out if your child enjoys the group singing experience.
Students must be entering grades 1 through 5 in the fall of 2019. There are no audition requirements for acceptance into this camp. All students are welcome!
Westminster Children’s Choir Camp will be held on the Westminster Choir College campus in Princeton.
