Admission Requirements for M.A. in Organizational Leadership
Individuals interested in applying to the program should submit their materials by the following dates: November 15 for spring admission, July 15 for fall submission. A decision is made about admission only when all required credentials have been submitted. We encourage prospective students from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds to apply.
The following are criteria for admission:
A completed application form, with a non-refundable application fee.
Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.
An undergraduate degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75. Applicants who have completed graduate level courses must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 in their graduate courses.
Two current professional or academic letters of recommendation.
An interview with the program director, an on-site writing sample, and a recommendation for admission.
Minimum TOEFL score of 80 with a minimum score of 18 for each section or a minimum score of 6.5 on IELTS for international applicants.
The GRE or GMAT is not required for admission.
Once admitted, students must comply with the requirements of the program.
