Online MBA Curriculum

Rider’s Online MBA offers the same curriculum followed by on-campus students: the only difference is in the delivery of courses. For this reason, your diploma and transcript will indicate that you have earned the Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Your studies will emphasize:

  • Cross-functional integration of business theory and processes
  • Management skills that adapt to a rapidly-changing environment
  • Hands-on experiences including team projects, case analyses and internships

  • Advanced Organizational Behavior (3 cr.)
  • Global Supply Chain Management (3 cr.)
  • Applied Corporate Finance (3 cr.)
  • Marketing Analysis & Decision Making (3 cr.)
  • Strategic Accounting (3 cr.)
  • Information Technology Management (3 cr.)
  • Legal & Ethical Aspects of Business (3 cr.)
  • Strategic Management (3 cr.)

6 credits

  • Two electives of your choosing (3 cr. each)

By adding one additional elective, you can pursue a 3-course concentration in:

  • Business Analytics
  • Finance
  • Forensic Accounting*
  • Global Business

*Available only to accounting majors.

You can apply for conditional admission to the Online MBA, based on satisfactory completion of the prerequisite coursework. Waiver exams also can be taken for any of the prerequisite courses.
