Celebrate the opening of the 2021-2022 academic year.
Faculty and students at Rider's Westminster College of the Arts gather to celebrate the opening of the 2021-2022 academic year. The program will include the premiere of Until We Can Sing Together Again, composed by Professor Ronald Hemmel for the occasion and scored for theremin and piano, and choir. The performers will be Kip Rosser, theremin, and Stefan Young, piano. Associate Professor of Sacred Music Tom T. Shelton, Jr., will conduct and the audience will be invited to sing.
The program will also include presentations by new faculty members Stephen Gonzalez, Sarah Perry, T. Oliver Reid and Preston Wilson. Jason Vodicka will conduct everyone singing Peter Lutkin's Choral Benediction, The Lord Bless You and Keep You.
