The President Rozanski Sesquicentennial Scholarship
Rider University has reached new heights under the leadership of Dr. Mordechai Rozanski. Since 2003, when Dr. Rozanski became president, Rider has created 21 new academic programs, invested $150 million in new facilities and risen to the level of a first-tier university according to the rankings of U.S. News and World Report.
Of all the accomplishments during the Rozanski era, Rider’s focus on supporting student scholarships stands out. Today, 97 percent of Rider students receive some level of financial aid from the University, totaling more than $61 million annually — an increase of 126 percent since 2003.
As Dr. Rozanski prepares for retirement, Rider will recognize his outstanding service to the University and commitment to its students by securing $1.5 million in new current-use scholarships in his honor.
