SGA News
Moving Forward- In our April 17th Senate meeting, we had several guests come to speak to senate regarding countless immediate and upcoming changes to Rider.
Jamie O'Hara, who oversees the Admissions and the Financial Aid offices, as well as our very own Dean Campbell discussed next year's increased tuition costs. They emphasized that these additional costs come with positive benefits for the students including upgrades to the Bronc Diner, increased Internet bandwidth and wireless accessibility. O'Hara also mentioned plans for a new townhouse-style residence hall to be built in the near future, possibly near Poyda.
Also among our guests was to inform senate of planned upgrades to Rider's food services. Included with these upgrades is two new meal plan options for upperclassmen. Another substantial upgrade will be the replacement of Kaplan Express in the SRC with an official Starbuck's cafe, which will open by late summer, 2007. Please e-mail Jan at jfk@rider.edu with any questions regarding changes to the food services.
2007 SGA Elections- Congratulations to the winners of this year's Student Government Association elections. The winners can be found on our Elections page.
