Richard C. Alston presents "Classically Black: Works by African American Composers."

A masterful pianist who performs as a soloist and with orchestras throughout the United States and Europe, Richard C. Alston is committed to enriching lives through music. Professor Alston earned two degrees from The Juilliard School and has received several awards including the Award for Excellence from the New Jersey Education Association and Musician of the Year from the National Association of Negro Musicians.
