BACH: St. Matthew's Passion
Westminster Symphonic Choir joins The Philadelphia Orchestra in performances of Bach's oratorio St. Matthew's Passion. Audiences were mesmerized when The Philadelphia Orchestra and Westminster Symphonic Choir performed this work together in 2013. Bach's masterwork tells the compelling story of events leading up to the crucifixion of Jesus. In order to enhance the storytelling, the performance will include English supertitles and minimalist staging by James Alexander.
